8.0Room was good comfy bed decent shower , staff good , surrounding streets a bit skechy at night, never felt unsafe though , best to catch a tram into town from train station, found quite a few ticket machines not working properly, liked bordeaux worth a visit, would use hotel again , would recommend.

6.0Very friendly and helpful staff. The room needed to be maintained, mold in the cupboard, wobbly toilet seat, smelly bathroom. One light wasn't working but it was fixed the day later. Close to the train station and bus stop. A/C worked very well. Overall a good stay for that price, really just need to be more looked after.

10.0For first time visitors to the city, this was a great find. We stayed here twice during our time in the regions. You won’t find more professional and helpful staff. The rooms are a lot more than bedrooms as they are well equipped for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast has everything, including cooked eggs, bacon and pancakes as well as cereals and fresh fruit. And a great coffee machine! The location is within walking distance of all the sights and there are plenty good restaurants within 15 mins. And it’s only 15 mins walk from the railway station. Overall, the hotel is great value for money (book directly with the hotel for the best prices!). Our group highly recommends this hotel and it deserves a much higher star rating. Thanks for a great stay.

8.0Lovely clean hotel, about 25 minutes walk into the centre. There was a strange smell in our room the whole time during our 3 night stay, even after leaving the windows open for long periods of time. Apart from that, ideal if you don't mind walking a little to the heart of the city!
