10.0Very clean and very convenient to the pool. Lovely bath, kitchen basic but adequate. Plenty of seating in living room and having a screened-in porch was awesome. Bed is a California King, and nice dresser has 6 drawers. The area is bikeable and there are golf cart rentals across the street. You'll see more golf carts, scooters, and ebikes than cars. Fun place overall...just watch the weather for ferry disruption.

6.0Only 2 burners worked on the stove, no outside hose for cleaning off feet from beach sand, our bed did not appear to have clean linens, ants in the kitchen wall by coffee maker, and on the counters, jets in tub looked dirty (didnt use bc the jets looked uncleaned)

8.0Nice, comfortable place to stay. The pool was fantastic! Having a full size kitchen was great. It would be nice if they would update the information about available amenities. We were confused as to if guests of the villas could use the dock and bikes, or if those were just for the B&B guests. Updated signage would be very helpful. Room was mostly clean, with the exception of the a/c air return that was caked with dust.

The seasonal pool will be open from April to October.
