10.0On my last night at the hotel, a thunderstorm knocked out power throughout the area where the hotel is located. The staff could not have been more helpful and considerate in light of a difficult circumstance that they could not control. They were terrific.

1.0− I recently checked out of room 327 and deeply regret choosing this hotel. My stay was entirely unsatisfactory. The bathroom tap was completely clogged during my entire visit. Despite reporting the issue, the staff failed to resolve it, leaving me without a functioning sink. The lack of urgency and inability to fix a basic maintenance problem is unacceptable for a hotel. I expected much better service and will not be returning.
