5.0− My room was facing the road side was terrible , I had been very uncomfortable sleeping during my stay which led me less focused on next day job, the frequent vehicle was passing in night was not allow me to have deep sleep. The receptionist replied as no replacement room is available when i requested for the change of room, I could sleep a bit longer when having Ear plug in my ear which was again let me feel not better… Windows should be improved to have efficient sealing from outside noise for the guest to have enough sleep.
