4.0Vi skulle checka in kl 15. Men stugan var inte städad. De hade inte ens börjat. Vi fick sitta i bilen med 3 barn och vänta till kl 17.05 . Då var de färdiga som först. Väldigt besvikna och hela den eftermiddagen blev förstörd för vår del då vi inte hann komma iordning som vi tänkt.
− Att vänta på stugan då den var ostädad.
