10.0I have stayed at the Ormonde guesthouse in Chester before and it was exactly as i remembered it. Clean, well appointed, secure and in an amazing location. The staff ensure you know everything you need to upon arrival and then you are good to go! Special mention about the beds... They are the best i think i may have have slept on at a guesthouse! Excellent place to stay and i will be staying again very soon!

10.0Lovely building, my room was well presented and clean, very thoughtful adding a fan to the room, this was very much appriated. Friendly staff very welcoming on arrival and took time to explain how key fobs worked.
