This place is the worse place I have ever been to rough as poor service had no key for the room over priced would not refund me would not recommend this place unprofessional had buckets under sinks to catch waste water room had no bedding

Raj harry and there mate,owe me 2-3 grand in bond! I moved to chch waiting for my bond to move into this house I organized. Raj accepted my bond purposel ,but has not completed this .I relocated on August the 16th. I have tried to contact Mr sign the owner . This motel is rundown mouldy and budget. U might as well call this the hood as they hire drug atticts to fill the rooms Many deaths have occured here and the aura is off. I am taking you to court raj-im going for ten thousand so I hope yous are ready as I've already one coz the bond I paid is documented by winz. Raj get ahold of me to discuss this matter asap! Horrified, dirty and unsafe

This room was not what I paid for. I requested and booked a room for 3. A queen bed and single and recieved a different room with only one bed. The TV was taken off the wall and there was none. There was no toilet paper or towels or utensils. There was old moldy food in microwave and the toilet had not been cleaned in what looked like 10 years. I felt disgusting and dirty standing in the room and they did not give continental breakfast. The office is constantly closed, the restaurant does not exists

− We went there at 4.30pm way ahead of time for it to be closed. And they said there were not enough rooms after we had already paid for the room 5 days before, totally unprofessional

This is a 1 Star location at best. Would not recommend

There is nothing to like about this Accom. As soon as I walked into reception I knew I had booked wrong but changing locations for 5 nights booked was not possible anywhere else

− I booked a tidy studio unit and ended up in a 2 bedroom unit with mold on the window sills, stained floors, bathroom that needs repairs and a kitchen I did not want to use. Questionable comings and goings in units next door. No heating in lounge when arrived and was advised they would be there in 15mins. 1 hour later had to call again. TV didn’t work and was advised this would be fixed the next day. They never showed up or answered anymore calls. Reception never open
