good hotel, if you choose the right room
8.0Initially, we got a really bad room, with no windows, a room called the "Bunker room". The site does not explicitly mention that the room has no windows and that the beds are stacked one above the other, rather than being regular beds. Very strange for a 4-star hotel. But after I complained, the manager upgraded me to an excellent room free of charge.
− Needs to make it very clear what it means by bunker room. and make it clear that the room has no windows.

10.0Hotel increíble en una ciudad preciosa. Muy moderno, acero, hormigón y ambiente zen. El personal muy amable, excelentes anfitriones, y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Habitaciones realmente cómodas, un hotel con servicios extra para los huéspedes de 5 *. Realmente calidad precio , no encontrarás nada mejor.
