9.0Good service and location. Good room and view. Spacious and clean. Staff was helpful in arranging tours. No percolator and toiletries.
− Smelly Reused/treated water for flush causing the CR to smell weird. Good if you like to protect nature.

7.0Large, clean room, on the edge of the center of Munnar
− Value for money was quite meagre to us: limited time slots for hot water (so, when you come home drenched and freezing in monsoon season, you might not be able to take a shower); no shampoo provided; quite some power outages. Looking at cheaper places in Munnar, I think you can find similar quality for a lower price!

− Warm water was advertised at pre-scheduled times (morning and evening), however it was not available. Poor soundproofing.
