10.0The owner was incredibly accommodating when our vehicle issues made us late for check-in—he went the extra mile to ensure we could still get into our room. He also thoughtfully set up my girlfriend’s anniversary and birthday gifts on the bed. The room was very clean, the weather was amazing, and the owner was so personable, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay—we really appreciated how he made everything work out for us.

− The staff response was very slow, the storm caused a backup in all of the plumbing. There was no housekeeping; they didn't provide clean coffee mugs or new glasses. There was no ice machine but they didn't tell us there was an ice cube maker in the freezer
