9.0The Hotel and person at the front desk.
− I did not like the fact that Booking.com lost my reservation and had to credit my card. Major inconvenience to say the least! Thankfully, there was a room available for us and the nice man at the front desk took care of us. Nonetheless, I will never use Booking.com again!!!

Booking.com advertised key amenities that were not accurate. I'll be leaving this on my Google revie

− The selling point on booking.com was the indoor pool. The pool is shut down long term for the summer. The kids cried. The ice machine was broken on our floor, no toilet paper in the room. They wouldn't allow a cancelation when we asked.
