10.0Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.

10.0Fijne, nette hotelkamer met vriendelijk personeel en schoonmaakster. Ontbijt was uitstekend met ruime keuze en prachtig uitzicht!
What hospitality?
2.0Very unfortunate that the staff at the hotel made our life more difficult and caused problems throughout our stay.. From the way they handled guests or dealt with issues, they seriously need to consider whether they are in the hospitality sector
