Zentral gelegenes Hotel
6.0Zentrale Lage man ist ganz schnell in den Parks und an der singenden Fontäne. Die Dachterasse im Partnerhotel ist sehr schön und die Speisen dort waren sehr lecker .
− Man wird zu den Mahlzeiten einem Tisch zugeteilt mit andern Gästen. Früh ist es sehr laut, ausschlafen kaum möglich.

9.0Hotel v samém centru lázeňského města, pár kroků od kolonády a Zpívající fontány. Snídaně základní, pro nás ale dostačující, večeře výborné. Velmi příjemný personál. Zastávka trolejbusu přímo před hotelem.
− Některé pokoje by stály za renovaci, minimálně v koupelně by bylo třeba vyměnit nebo opravit vod. baterie. Starší, pomalejší výtah by si též zasloužil modernizaci.

8.0Velmi příjemný menší hotel s vlastním bazeném a spa centrem. Pokoj pěkný, situovaný do vnitrobloku (v noci klid). Obsluha v restauraci milá a velmi ochotná,nic nebyl problém. Chválím v restauraci dotaz na alergie před podáváním jídla. Pobyt jsme si užily.
− Kvalita jídla dobrá,ale určitě by se dala zkvalitnit a některé pokrmy lépe ochutit.
Excellent Staff, Great Wellness and Perfect Location
8.0We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were outstanding - always helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were excellent value for the extra cost. The restaurant service was exceptional. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the trolley bus stop, the colonnade, and a nearby convenience store. The wellness facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the bubble bath and paraffin treatments. The swimming pool is small, but perfect for relaxation, with pleasantly warm water (around 28-29°C). Despite seeing some negative reviews before our stay, our experience was very positive and did not reflect those comments. We would happily stay here again.
− Some parts of the hotel could benefit from more regular maintenance and minor repairs. Our room was on the south side and became very hot during the day. Without air conditioning or at least a fan, it was difficult to cool down before the evening.
