10.0Another great experience at Clarkton Hotel, great customer service and a great room, the staff are superb and very helpful, Krizel at the front desk was a credit to the hotel with her helpful and professional approach. The only hotel I will stay at in Angeles City
Outstanding customer retention and professional management
10.0I recently stayed at the Clarkton Hotel during the low season. To be completely honest, I was initially considering staying at another hotel in Angeles City. However, the outstanding professionalism and flexible approach of the partner/manager, Christian (Chris), convinced me to choose Clarkton instead. His excellent understanding of customer loyalty during the quieter months turned me into a highly satisfied guest. Thanks to his great leadership, I will definitely return for my next trips and highly recommend this hotel to others. He is a true asset to the hotel's business!
Not recommended for dining , rooms is ok , spacious and well furnished
3.0Well appointed rooms , dining and bar area well designed, swimming pool area clean and eye appealing. Service needs improvement , especially in dining area , feels like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you . Ordered a simple appetizer and waited more than 30 minutes and still no service . Dining room was occupied by only one more table . No excuses for the delay . Previous afternoon ordered schnitzel and was flat as a pancake and very very oily , no garnished dinner plate , terrible service ! I’ve been to CLARKTON HOTEL numerous times in the past ,much better service with previous management .

9.0The staff from the security guard, dining room staff, housekeepers, and front office staff were so kind, considerate, and helpful in every way. Sheila, Ailene, the bartender, and many others are so personal and kind. We hated to leave this hotel because we feel we made such a connection with them. May God bless them all!
− The beds are kind of hard, the sink did not have a plunger lift rod, weak internet and therefore unable to use television apps.
