Complète déception
2.0Bonne literie, petit déjeuner impeccable
− Lors de notre arrivée, les chambres ne correspondaient pas du tout à la réservation qui avait été faite. Nous avons dû changer de chambres et attendre quasiment 40mn pour l'attribution. Nous avons fini par avoir des chambres (1 au premier et 1 au rez de chaussée, alors que la réservation était des chambres cote à cote) La chambre du rez de chaussée était la chambre réservée au "directeur" non climatisée, un enfer avec cette canicule et impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car un camion réfrigéré était garé juste en face, tout le weekend le moteur réfrigérant à tourner, infernal. De plus par 3 fois dont une à notre retour vers 2h du matin, nous avons dû aller à la réception car les cartes d'accès étaient démagnetisées. Franchement payer 340€ pour cela me sidère. Je ne suis pas prête de renouveler l'expérience dans vos hôtels.
