− nous n'avons pas eu la chambre double supérieure demandée et payée de 20m2 avec lit double et canapé-lit et balcon; mais une chambre sensiblement plus petite à 2 lits simples. Pas de dédommagement reçu car notre chambre était plus chère que celle obtenue!
