Unpleasant experience at Zen Tea House
3.0Zen style with Buddhist theme and staff are friendly.
− Poor location surrounding is like a slump. It’s misleading to state seven star as it is the name of the district. Away from most activities sightseeing and shops. No beverages except tea. TV not working! Front not able to help effectively with tours and booking of Lijiang Cruise. No parking. Mistakes by staff not allocating correct room bed configurations. Front desk 7-11pm. So uncomfortable that we have to change hotel stay prematurely.

10.0Your staff are amazing, in particular the young man on reception, big smile, very chatty, making the effort to translate from mandarin to English, he was there during my stay and he was very helpful and pleasant. He approached me on 10th April around 5pm asking me about my trip ,an absolute asset to your company The room was clean, very clean, your Housekeepers do a great job Really quiet as well and great view from my window Great coffee shop next to the hotel
− I think you should look for an option to get a small lift or something as to lift the luggages from those steps was hard and I imagine an elderly person would struggle hundred per cent with that Finding the hotel was hard as hidden in an alley I would advise to record a video showing how you get there from the pet's shop as my driver left me far from so I got lost for a good 15min and having a foreign number I couldn't call reception Id suggest you'd send your WeChat in advance with a video how to get there and also a way to communicate. These are suggestions but I still give you a 10😊
