8.0It is a nice hotel, but they should of told us two of the main restaurants were closed, so we weren't able to eat at the house steak house because it was always full. We were only able to eat at the buffet. The staff was nice and friendly and the drinks were delicious. My favorite was the Maracuya margarita 🍹

10.0The building can use some update. Bathroom lighting is very poor, and rooms can use update. Bathroom towel and robe are very rough. b Buffet area outside needs improvement to protect from rain during rainy season. Three times we had to leave our food and area due to no protection. Location, area and especially staff were amazing !!!! Will be back!!!!

8.0The only thing I did not like it was the poor service at the bars. Low quality licorice and beer. Not enough personnel for the amount of visitors.
