− No easy access to public transport Only provide one card key access for accommodation for 4 Charged me for an additional card even though I didn't get one printed. Paid extra for parking but was given the wrong boom gate remote. When I advised them of this was given no response and problem not fixed. Subsequently we were told by the building reception our car had to be moved and was not able to stay in the carpark. This cost was not refunded by the property. Beds were uncomfortable could feel springs. Overall apartment falling apart and sliding doors difficult to open and close which meant bathroom door was unable to be closed properly.
