We had an absolutely fantastic 7-night stay at Nikos Villas and honestly couldn't have asked for more! The pool area was the highlight for us — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The pergola and poolside seating gave it such a lovely, relaxed holiday atmosphere. A big plus was having a bar right there on-site! It was great being able to grab a cold drink or a cocktail by the pool without having to leave the property. The staff behind the bar were friendly and always up for a chat, and it made lazy pool days even better. The location is genuinely unbeatable. We were just a short, easy walk from Kavos town centre, so getting to the bars, shops, and nightlife was never a hassle, yet the villas themselves felt peaceful and quiet enough for a proper rest at night. The beach was also within easy walking distance — beautiful golden sand and clear blue water, perfect for spending lazy afternoons. Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. There are so many great tavernas and restaurants just around the corner from the villas, serving everything from authentic Greek dishes to more familiar options, all at really reasonable prices. We especially loved sitting out in the evenings trying different local restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff at Nikos Villas were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to recommend places to eat or things to do. Everything about this trip — the pool, the on-site bar, the beaches, the restaurants, and the overall value for money — made it an incredible holiday. We'd 100% come back and would recommend Nikos Villas to anyone looking for a great base in Kavos!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était vraiment au top : une grande piscine, une chambre agréable et l’ensemble de l’établissement très propre. Le ménage était fait très régulièrement, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.

− Le seul petit point à améliorer serait de prévoir un peu plus d’accessoires pour cuisiner dans la chambre, ainsi qu’un support pour poser la douche, ce qui serait plus pratique.

Despina i Nikos su ubedljivo najbolji domaćini kod kojih sam boravila a imam priličan putnički staž. Radila sam na prekookeanskim kruzerima a radim i u hotelijerstvu skoro 30 godina, tako da sam mišljenja da imam relevantno iskustvo da tvrdim da je ovo istina. Nenametljivi a darežljivi, prirasli su mi k srcu za ovo malo dana koliko sam provela u njihovom objektu. Sve je bilo jako čisto, posteljina besprekorna, soba prostrana sa terasom okrenutom ka bazenu. Svakodnevno se čisti i izbacuje smeće, petog dana se menjaju posteljina i peškiri. Netipično za Grčku, koju inače obožavamo i rado joj se vraćamo, u sobi postoji fen i više nego dovoljno utičnica kao i 2 peškira po osobi. Takođe sav nameštaj je nov, kreveti udobni i ovo je kuća u koju ćemo se sigurno vratiti kada sledeći put budemo posetili ovo divno ostrvo 🥰 Naša ćerka je uživala na bazenu koji se svakodnevno čisti, nikada nije gužva a ima dosta ležaljki sa suncobranima. Parking je u okviru objekta, pozicija idealna za istraživanje. Pristanište trajekta koji ide za Paxos i Igumenicu je kilometar dalje. Imaju svoj kafić u kome možete naručiti piće i snekove i više puta nisu želeli da nam naplate. Naše iskustvo je za ocenu 100+ i ogromna preporuka za ovu divnu porodicu 💖

Lekker zwembad,huurauto is nodig

De gastvrouw heeft ons opgehaald bij de veerpont, heel lief, daarna zat ze vooral op haar telefoon Het zwembad is heerlijk maar ligt aan een drukke weg. De keuken is gesloten, omdat alles ver weg is moet je een auto ter beschikte hebben.

− De bedden. De dousche, er hangt een half douschegordijn. Badkamer erg verouderd.

The host was very friendly, she made my kids feel welcomed and help us wherever we needed assistance.
