− Old, besides bathrooms, smelly, hard to unlock the key box as hard to see any numbers to set code at key box, especially in evening, too me a while to set up correct code. I was promised minibar for the stay which was not there at all.
Overall ok, but with strange room card policy.
7.0Central location and quality apartment/upscale. Even though there was some wear and tear in the apartment.
− Difficult to enter/check in and very difficult with one door card I took with me. They asked me to mail it back or pay a 100chf replacement fee! For a card that costs max 5chf. That left a really bad impression.
Perfect last minute find for our short stay in beautiful Zug!

− I wish the exercise/office room had just been a second bedroom - even a Murphy bed would work. We couldn’t figure out sofa bed so I wish there were instructions

8.0− Bei der Buchung war nicht klar ersichtlich, dass zwischen lake view und city view unterschieden wird. "city view" ist definitiv nicht ganz so toll.
