− We unfortunately stayed after a storm had hit and had no elevators, no ice, and no WiFi. We weren’t informed of that, but we booked through booking.com so maybe that was why.

1.0Mw and my family had a horrible experience at this hotel. I won't go into any details while I am still very upset. The manager told us to contact you guys for a full refund. Please contact the hotel management to verify my claim. The Manager's name is Eboney Hargrove (General Manager), 318-582-1160. If you do not issue me a refund, I will open a fraud dispute with my bank today to recover my money. I know you have no control over the hotel's environment, but this was a complete disaster.
