Mede dankzij de vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad

− De badkamer was erg klein. Bidet, wc, wastafel en douche op een ‘postzegel’ gepropt. Het is dat mijn man en ik slank zijn, maar een iets dikker iemand had niet in de douche gepast.

Ground floor room is noisy

− We were in the ground floor room which is incredibly noisy as people pass right by the window all night talking and wheeling suitcases. We asked to move but that wasn’t possible-

8.0It was hidden gem, it was so close to everything, a stones throw away from the central part of Venice and it was away enough for a peaceful sleep. The courtyard area was very safe and well lit. There was an ATM located very near to he hotel which was handy. Lorenzo was very helpful and helped with the self check in as we got there later in the afternoon, and he managed to recommend and sort out our private tour of the glass factory which was amazing watching the glass blowing show and we managed to buy a few pieces from there. We also met the staff on site and they were very polite and helpful. I thank the lady who served us breakfast (I forgot to ask for her name) she was delightful and very diligent. Would highly recommend the hotel.
− On the Monday, the next door property started on some refurbishment work which was a little noisy but no fault to the hotel.
