− High temperatures made sleeping difficult not sure how you could offset that! More cooler fans perhaps!

− It was very very hot i think a little fridge would have been helpful for cold drinks ect .
Great hotel with a lot of history
10.0Great large room with lovely large en suite. Breakfast was great and could adapt to my gluten intolerance. The well in the breakfast room was an added nice touch and that particular room was lovely to have breakfast in. The bed was large and comfortable. There is not much around the hotel but information is provided on the nearest pubs, restaurants and things to do. We drove to the nearest pub for lunch (the Red Lion) which was excellent and 1.5 miles away. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
− nothing really but we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay or if the breakfast was okay but this really is a very minor quibble.
