Very nice and easy.
9.0Location is quite good. Not too far from the Colleseu or Vatican. Has 2 bus stops quite close and a Metro 10 mins away. Area has a lot of nice bakeries and restaurants for dinner and snacks. My room is one of 4 in the apartment. Only common areas are a living room and kitchen. Bathroom is private. Other guests were quiet. Wifi is quite decent. The table in the room had enough space for a laptop + mouse to do some basic work.
− Only slight issue I had was pre check in. I arrived quite early in the city and would have loved to enter the apartment and wait in the living room before access to my room was approved. I tried to ask the host if something is possible but it wasnt.

10.0Walter and his team are the best. The assistance, the flexibility, and the care they extend to their guests is exceptional. The place is very clean, the room is spacious. There is a grocery store just around the corner and a very modern laundrette across the street. I could not find any fault in our stay. The metro station Garbatella is a 15 minute walk and you are in Roma Termini in 13 minutes. I absolutely recommend it.
