7.0Very good value for money considering its proximity to the city centre (e.g., nearby AEON mall). It's a great place to consider if you just need a simple place to rest when stopping by Seremban for a short while!
− - there was a cockroach in one of the rooms and my father had to kill it with his slippers - the bedsheets on my bed had dark stains (see attached photos), which the receptionist explained were the inevitable effects of offsite bulk laundry cleaning (I wouldn't know). The receptionist couldn't accede to my request for a room change but called the cleaning team to replace the bedsheets. Even though the new bedsheets still had similar stains, they were less obvious and I was okay to continue staying in the room. But the staff replacing the bedsheets seemed upset that he had to follow up on this issue (e.g., he threw the folded towel on the bed onto the vanity table rather aggressively)
