9.0• High staff to guest ratio, they were all attentive and engaging, and provided "white glove" type of service. • The room was large and supplied with all necessary as well as "nice to have" amenities. • The meals were fancy "top chef" style multiple courses, and all served plated instead of buffet style. • The private onsen rooms were beautiful, and a wonderful bonus to our in-room onsen.
− • We didn't arrive by car, so that uphill hike to the resort main entry was a bit strenuous. The staff came down the hill to greet us and offered to take our luggage, but my husband seemed much stronger than the staff so we didn't let them take our luggage. The uphill road itself is short but quite steep, so even without luggage, it's a small workout. The resort would do well to provide a golf cart for guests coming and going on foot. • The wearable amenities like robes and slippers, most of it didn't fit my husband, who isn't that big of a guy at 6ft / 220lb. • They can't do anything about it now, but the toilet room would have been more convenient closer to the shower/onsen area instead of at the entryway.

10.0Everything! This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The food was incredible, the rooms were very luxurious with every detail thought out. The onsens were incredible. The hotel staff really accommodated my son with food that he wanted.

− Frühstück nur bis 9Uhr (fix) Leider hat man die Straße gehört, was störend ist, wenn man bei offener Balkontür im Privat-Onsen sitzt. Mitarbeiter des Hotels mit leichter Erkältung sollten proaktiv eine Maske tragen.
