It was well maintained on the outside the inside looked clean. Lots of towels and supplies for kitchen like an Airbnb

− There was no water access from the site all stairs to water blocked off and it seemed in the booking that we had water access didn’t see anything saying otherwise . Condo was big enough tvs and cable were not turning on with batteries needed to replace batteries and the cable box only would turn. On manually. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor and it seemed as though this was a problem before as there’s rust all over the.bottom metal area of the fridge. Where the water had to of previously leaked. Washers on basement level were out for several days. Only dryers were working then we found out there was laundry on 2nd floor after 3rd day

Nice little place in a great location. Had everything we needed. Surrounded by places to eat and shop. We had lots of fun at the oceanfront pool. Will definitely be back!

The location was great, a quick walk or drive to everything.

− It would have been nice to have air conditioning. Access to the beach is limited during high tide.

− There is no air conditioning here. The property is a hot box and it's nearly impossible to sleep due to the heat. I can only imagine what its like in the summer. No mention of this in description. The condos are beachfront but unfortunately they are incredibly old and not in a great neighborhood. Theres been a half attempt at renovating but this property is not good value. I did attempt to shorten my stay and find somewhere else but was told that they do not do refunds. I got another property anyway and left aftet the first night. The property manager was pleasant enough but the product offered is completely unsatisfactory and the owner is unwilling to return money when customers aren't happy with it otherwise they would never make any money🤷. They sent a message after asking for a 10/10 review in exchange for a gift so thats why your seeing a lot of good reviews on a substandard property. I hope you read this before you buy 🙃 good luck everyone

No AC. Don’t assume AC is a standard feature, even if a toilet is.

The unit was clean. There is a laundry on site,

− This place has no Air Conditioning. The temperature ranged between 86 degrees during the day and 83 at night with windows open and fans running. I asked about a portable AC and told they are not allowed. The unit is located street side ground level, with another building between you and the beach front, so there is not much breeze. Even with the very nice memory foam matress, and fan at full speed, sleeping was hot and sticky. It may work ok for people in units up higher on the beach side that get the ocean breeze, but not on the bottom level on the backside of the building where there is little breeze if any at all. The bedroom is located on the parking lot side about 5 ft from parking cars. It is convenient for loading your vehicle. Unfortunately, you have to have the window open to get any air. There are published quiet hours, however late at night and very early in the morning people are arriving and leaving. The open window means hearing car doors open & close, chatter, and tooting horns from car fobs locking cars. One day, some couple had a very loud verbal argument lasting about an hour. The manager was responsive, but by the time he arrived the fight had stopped. There is a deadbolt on the front door that is misaligned so it won’t lock, The only lock on the front door that works is the coded lock which can be opened by anyone having the code. Who knows how many people have it? The pool is lovely. The hot tub jets were not operable for our whole one week stay, despite suggestions it would be fixed. That was disappointing, The beach front area is under some construction/pipe work with yellow tape across the viewing area. The unit itself was clean and nicely supplied. We were visited daily by a mother chicken with her baby chicks, which actually was the highlight of the place! It was adorable. There is a laundry for the facility that was convenient and is close to the unit. The manager responded promptly to my texts.
