4.0Room very warm. A/C could be better. Hallway hot/humid. Bathroom more hot and humid with an odor. Could use better ventilation. Was able to use bathroom skeleton key to open bedroom door. Bedrooms also used skeleton style keys. I presume that the all bathroom skeleton keys would have been able to unlock the other adjacent rooms in the hallway. However, host contactable and very accommodating.

8.0The room is spacious and clean. The assigned washroom is located outside of the room not too far from our room. Major concern for seniors as there is no elevator. We had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Anna the structure helper had to help us to carry the big luggage up. We’re supposed to get free transport to the cruise ship terminal at 10am. As I write we’re still waiting in our room for the free pick up. The time now is 10:20am. This morning’s structure helper is Nico. She asked us to stay in our room as she doesn’t really know what time the driver will come. A bit frustrated!
