2.0Except that the location is central, there is nothing likeable about this hotel.
− Rude staff at reception, musty and dirty rooms, no hot water, housekeeping services almost non existent, poor service at restaurant. In fact it is hard to think of anything at all that worked here.

− Mouse in the room. No staff to deal with issues. Manager ignoring us. Cleanliness poor. Overcharged for water.

− The room lights were not getting off in nights, bathroom was messy and shower not working properly. The amenities like fridge was leaking.
