Hotel coulc be great but was let down by a few small inconveniences such as uncomfortable beds and such. Rest is great.
7.0Very well maintained and spotless. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The spa facilities were great.
− The beds were very uncomfortable unfortunately and a few little things let the place down such as power points and usb not working in our room, plus they had a weird thing where all the hall lights were constantly off meaning you had to find a light switch in the dark in a place you didn’t know. Something a simple sensor would fix if they’re chasing energy savings.
