− Very old and not mentained properly
Average and expensive stay in terms of value for money
4.0Location was bit uphill but still ok. Outdoor swimming pool was nice. Views from some rooms are scenic. Quick check in and check out.
− Bathroom had horde of black ants which were not removed despite our repeated requests as they did not have insect spray. Room was cleaned after our 3rd request. Ready to eat vegetable gravy sachets were used for cooking which tasted very bad. Luggage was not picked up during checkout despite our timely request. Breakfast buffet was withdrawn on 2nd day though there were 16 guests present. Limited and Expensive food options.

1.0Rooms in poor condition..not properly maintained
− We didn't stay at the property..we had booked it but when we reached the hotel and saw the room that was given to us it was in a very poor condition..we hadn't checked in ...we asked the hotel to show us another room but there were none available..so we asked them for the refund to which they said ll initiate a email ..we haven't recieved any refund yet
