10.0The pool was refreshing and clean, we all loved it! The owners were so wonderful and made us so welcome. Even though check out was midday, they let us use our room until we needed to leave for the train at 8pm, it was soooooo helpful and made our day so much better! The air conditioning works well, the rooms and bathrooms are really clean and comfortable, and although they weren’t serving buffet breakfast due to high season having ended, they kept serving us breakfast until we were all stuffed full! We all loved the pool table, and meeting the family living here.

10.0Emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur la rivière et les barques à proximité du lac et de ses nombreux restaurants tout en étant au calme Parfait pour visiter la région de Ninh Binh à vélo ou en scooter. Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la rivière Possibilité de louer à très bon prix des vélos ou scooters et de réserver son transport pour la suite du voyage. Piscine grande
− Les logements mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement ça se voit qu'ils ne sont pas très bien entretenus. La douche inondé toute la salle de bain à chaque utilisation La propreté / service ménage pourraient être améliorés

10.0The location, we are just near the center of the town but it is very quiet. The bungalow is very clean and perfect for a familly. Teenagers enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfadt time, near the river is so lovely. We appreciate a lot all the personal who is very kind and attentive. We highly recommand the establishment.
