10.0Kitchinette was stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc as well as extra small appliances (hot plate and toaster oven, as well as toaster, microwave and large fridge with freezer). Building was quiet and we had a good nights rest.

4.0PROPERTY IS IN NEED OF MAYOR REPAIRS ROOMS WERE NICE BUT THE LLEAKY ROOF AND THE ASSOCIATE OF WET / DAMP ALONG WITH POORLY LIT HALLWAYS DOES NOT MAKE FOR GREAT CURB APPEAL. THE STAIRS TO THE ROOMS IS NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR THE OLDER CUSTOMERS.

2.0It is an old hotel which needs further renovation to be considered a usable property. The bath tub was cracked.

8.0Very clean and renovated room. Great price. Very kind owner. Only issue is having to go in the bar to get the key; but separate entrance to the hotel portion.
