8.0Muy linda la vista al mar desde el balcón. Nos recibieron muy bien y nos permitieron entrar ni bien llegamos a Pipa.
− El mobiliario podría estar en mejor estado.
Muy alejado precio calidad. No recomendable

− Falta de: higiene en el piso, de copas, jabón, repasadores, servilletas, vajilla. En fin, lo básico cuando llegamos a hospedarnos.

9.0El departamento está limpio, también nos limpiaron la habitación cada día de por medio durante nuestra estadía. La vista del balcón muy linda, da a la playa del centro. Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación del departamento, sobre la calle principal. Salís y está el centro para caminar, a su vez en la vereda del frente está la parada del bus y a media cuadra la bajada a la playa.
− Al lado hay un restaurante con música en vivo así que por las noche en la habitación se escucha la música hasta que cierran. Tampoco en la entrada hay un lugar donde nos podamos enjuagar los pies para sacarnos la arena eso obliga a entrar al departamento con arena en los pies
