Regimented and impersonal. Overall disappointing and not value for money.
4.0The location suited our purposes and there was ample safe car parking.
− There was a big mix up over the admin of the booking which did not get us off to a good start. The modus operandi for breakfast was very regimental. Fruit juice glasses were chipped. Incoming food was to be seen dumped in the reception desk. The so called garden view was actually sections or roof, a cement block wall and rough vegetation. To open the shower door the centre section falls out into the shower making you think you have broken it. The hot tap was plumbed the wrong way round!!!
