6.0The gym is amazing.
− They don’t have enough parking spots available so we had to pay 15 euros per day for parking elsewhere even though the hotel is advertised as having free parking. Also, the beach is not private but public and you have to go down a set of stairs to reach the water. The food is definitely not 5-star level as the choice is extremely limited for a hotel of this standing and there is no À la carte restaurant within the hotel. The SPA is very nice but I wouldn’t recommend going there in the summer as the pools are heated and could get a bit too warm. The room is nothing special and I didn’t feel the personal touch from any of the staff members as I did in other 5-star hotels. There’s definitely room for improvement and at that price point I would not recommend this hotel.

− Miserable staff. Rude and unwelcoming staff . Appalling behaviour towards guests. Not explaining things properly. Can’t have an iron after 4 pm ! Breakfast was really poor choice and cold eggs etc

6.0The hotel made a great first impression. The architecture, views, gym, spa facilities, and overall atmosphere are impressive, and the resort has the potential to be a true five-star experience. The food was generally good, and some staff members were very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues we reported, such as the air conditioning, were resolved quickly.
− The main disappointment was the bar service. Many staff members did not seem properly trained or familiar with the all-inclusive package, and the service often felt unprofessional. Communication was also difficult, and getting simple answers sometimes took too long. Some advertised facilities were not available during our stay. The pool and beach bars were closed, despite being part of the experience we expected when booking the all-inclusive package. We understand this is not a major issue on its own, but it was disappointing because we paid for that level of comfort, especially during our only beach holiday of the year. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but improvements are needed in staff training, communication, and ensuring that advertised facilities are available. We would still recommend it, but hope these points are improved in the future.
