− No lift, room is way smaller than shown on the photos, shower didn't drain, but was fixed, toilet was dirty on arrival

− Todo mal la habitación un asco de sucia tubimos que llamar para que la vallan a limpiar cuando llegamos porque estaba todo lleno de pelos y sucios en todas partes . Después tienen un bar abajo y se junta mucha gente y ruido

Conveniently located from shops, restaurants and supermakets.
8.0The rooms are above a pub (The Duke of York), and while this pub appeared rather 'seedy' the rooms are of good quality, the only negative being that there is no lift so you have to climb one or two flights of stairs. The location is good, being only a short walk from the Edgeware Road, where there is a supermarket and a host of restaurants. They looked after my luggage between stays and when I had a medical emergency, they facilitated calling ambulance. They then looked after my luggage until I was able to retrieve it while in hospital,
− On the first occasion when I stayed having to climb two flights of stairs, however on the second occasion they gave me a firt floor room, of similar quality,
Needs a good clean
5.0Location. Staff were friendly.
− It could do with a deep clean. Skirting boards and edge of carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. Unclear around soap pump. No lift. No iron No way to get in touch with staff, as I was on the third floor and I wasn’t going downstairs. The phone in the room didn’t work. I tried to call via my mobile and messaged via booking.com app.
