− We came during a heat wave (+40 degrees Celsius), unfortunately no AC, room was really hot.

9.0Der Garten war sehr frisch und angenehm für das Frühstück. Frühstück mit frischen, regionalen Produkten und einer grossen Anzahl an selbstgemachte Konfitüren.
− 8 Euros für den Parkplatz muss nicht sein
Unique family-run hôtel in heart of Chinon
9.0Thé traditional style, lovely old furniture in common areas, shaded terrace, lovely garden planting, welcome of host & hostess. Breakfast was exceptional with home made jams, local cheese and meat and selection of breads & pastries. Location in the heart of Chinon perfect.
− Nothing. Some might be unhappy that no air conditioning in the very hot weather but the fan in the room was very effective and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep.
