We would have no trouble going back to Catho Cottage or recommending it to family and friends.
9.0The cottage was very clean, uncluttered and homey. Very easy walk to the beach. And 10 minutes drive to Swansea shops.
− The dining area was small which we didn't mind at all. But the splayed legs on the dining chairs made it difficult to navigate around the table. We often tripped or stubbed our toes on the chair legs.

9.0The location is great. Easy access to both Catherine Hill Bay Beach and Mooney Beach. The cottage itself has been refurbished beautifully and it is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and all linen was excellent and very clean. Catherine Hill Bay Beach Surf Club runs an excellent cafe with all proceeds going to them and the beach is patrolled.
− This isn't really a problem for the cottage but for Catherine Hill Bay in general. Catherine Hill Bay is on tank water so occupants have to be mindful of water usage. I would suggest that you take water to drink and cook with and be vigilant about showers and flushing the toilet.
