Convenient, well priced, but the rooms need some freshening up.

− Starting to show some wear and tear in the rooms. Bathrooms facilities are not cleaned very well, Showing signs of mold in the sink and in the shower.

Unfortunately the due to the poor standard for cleanliness it put me off staying another night.

− Unfortunately the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I couldn’t take shower. The fridge in the room was also dirty.

− The reception - the person kept saying my NAB debit/visa card was not acceptable and she wanted my debit card, after explaining a number of times that my visa/debit card was both a debit card and visa she refused to believe me and said l could not use the restaurant with my card. I told her that was okay as l would use eastland restaurants. This was a discussion at arrival - l was not asking to use the restaurant. I asked to arrange for parking, she then said my card would nor work, l asked her to put it through the system and l would demonstrate that the card works, she did that and of course my card worked. This was really bad customer service, she did not apologise either when it worked. Please explain to your staff use of Australian visa/debit cards. Also the room - please clean mould in shower.

− Would like a computer and screen that those staying at the hotel can use. The states all hotels have one or two computers with a screen in case needed free of charge!
