9.0There was a lot to do in one place. Onsen, pool, activities. Really Perfect for families. Place is clean, huge, well maintained and the bed and pillows were perfectly soft yet firm.
− Too many break times for the activities. For example for the bouldering activity for small kids, it would have been nice to have more time slots for it to be available. The staff there is very friendly though ,the kids loved him. Staff in the hotel(particularly The Place resto) could be a little more accommodating especially to those staying in the resort. I noticed that with the surge of tourists, the "omotenashi" seems to wither away. Sad.

9.0Mooi resort, was voor ons 1 overnachting in prachtige omgeving en mooi hotel. Vermoedelijk gericht op wintersport en voor degenen die de bergen in willen.
− Met het hotel en restaurant is niets mis, wij kozen het om 1 nacht te overbruggen. Lijkt ons een resort waar je een lang weekend of week uit de drukte van de stad wil zijn om van de natuur te genieten. Wat ging irriteren was het constante piano muziekje. Ik hoor liever de vogels of de stilte van de natuur dan buiten ook nog een pianodeuntje er doorheen.
