8.0It’s a fully furnished apartment with full kitchen and in-room laundry. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Walk-in closet. Not enough lighting in the bedroom. There were two coffee pods for the coffee maker. There was never any room service so there was never any restocking of the coffee. I checked with the concierge desk and they said it was up to Orbitz to arrange the room servicing. I didn’t contact Orbitz because I doubt it would have gotten me coffee pods within a few minutes like at a regular hotel. Very tight building security - must use your key to access the building, elevator, and to lock & unlock the room door. Although the keys have the building and room number on them, which kinda defeats the security.

4.0This is a very nice property in a prime location, but we had a couple issues while staying. Our room was not ready (wasn't even cleaned) at check in, so we had to move one night to a different property. No parking pass left, could not find the keys. Secondly, the woman at the reception was arrogant and rude, from what I observed not just to my party.
