Excellent location in the Heart of Placencia
9.0I stay here whenever I come to Placencia. It is centrally located in the village walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, and beaches. The rooms are cozy and the property is just off the main road so quiet but accessible. Good AC and rooms are equipped with dishes and utensils if you want to cook.

− Es gab sehr viele Mücken und die Schutzgitter an den Fenstern waren leider kaputt.
Great Spot in the heart of Placencia
9.0I stay here whenever I come to Placencia - it's a great central location and the prices are good for the area. The rooms are comfortable and the AC is great. Not a lot of frills, but that's perfect for me. Rooms have little kitchenette with basic supplies if you plan to cook.

We enjoyed our stay although it was short and we would stay there again!
8.0The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the location was good-we were able to walk next door to get dinner.
− When we got there the office was closed(they close at 4:30). It was dark in the courtyard and it was hard to figure out which unit was ours which was a bit frustrating. We were tired and had our luggage with us. Maybe they could number the units instead of going by colors of the building. It was so dark it was hard to tell what color the buildings were.
