10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Anisa Maria at the reception. She was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She kindly upgraded our room from a standard room to a beautiful room with a view, and she also made sure that my sister’s room and mine were close to each other since we were traveling with children. She even arranged a welcome treat to be delivered to our room. Anisa made sure our room was clean, cool, and had a wonderful view—and it truly exceeded our expectations. Her outstanding service and genuine care were the main reasons I decided to extend my stay at this hotel and cancel my reservation at another hotel. We also received a complimentary fruit platter in our room, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The service throughout the hotel was fast and efficient, the parking was convenient, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained. The only minor point is that valet parking is not available after around 12:00 AM. I would also like to thank the Starbucks barista at Vanilla Café, who was very friendly, cheerful, and did her best to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you have the opportunity to have Anisa Maria assist with your reservation or check-in, you are truly in the best hands. She made our stay unforgettable.
