− deberían tener mayor seguimiento de la conducta de los huéspedes ya que no disfruté mucho la alberca debido a otros huéspedes que acapararon la alberca con su juego de pelota ademas de que usaron utilería de la cocina para jugar

− Mucho ruido de empleados , la cama rechina, había un aparato que hacía mucho ruido y salió una cucaracha de la coladera de el baño , estacionamiento pequeño , no pude acceder al Internet

9.0Casi la mayoría me gustó me explico la alberca muy climatizada el árbol amate hermosísimo una gata negra llamada luna que me robó el corazón la atención del personal la comida deliciosa.
− Pasamos mala noche mi hija y yo porque el colchón estaba muy duro y por exceso de ruido matutino muy temprano comienzan a trabajar el personal cosa que se agradece por una parte, pero por otra el ruido de sus actividades interrumpe el descanso.

− El servicio al cliente, tuve que esperar casi hora y media para que me llevaran una soda a la habitación, asimismo, encontré cucarachas dentro de la habitación, solicitando al personal retirarlas, tuve que hacer la petición 5 veces, porque desde las 5 de la tarde que las detecté, nadie fue hasta la noche; hay un problema serio con las cucarachas, pues los 3 días que estuve ahí, los 3 días detecté a las cucarachas.

10.0Wow me encanto todo, el lugar es mistico, romantico, natural y bello por todos lados. Todos son super amables, bueno el Chef nos explico los platillos y nos enseńo sus recomendaciones y aunque no teniamos mucha hambre comimos delicioso, mi lasagna vegetariana estaba increible. Mis hijos comieron pulpo y les encanto, todo esta lleno de arte y es una desconexion total con la Ciudad sin duda muy recomendable,
