− Clogged siphon, there was awful smell in the room and no net for mosquitos and also noisy bathroom fan. Overall wouldn’t recommend it

10.0Много приятно и уютно хотелче в самия център на Бургас. Локацията е отлична – всичко е на пешеходно разстояние. Стаята беше чиста, комфортна и добре поддържана, а персоналът – любезен и отзивчив. Получихме чудесно отношение и се почувствахме добре дошли. С удоволствие бих отседнал тук отново и го препоръчвам на всеки, който търси спокойно и приятно място за престой в Бургас.

10.0Много сме доволни от престоя в апартаменти „Самуил“. Локацията е супер удобна, а вътре беше наистина чисто и подредено. Интернетът е бърз, а хубавият паркинг ни спести много главоболия в Бургас. Домакинът също е много разбран и приветлив. Препоръчвам!
Lovely place BUT NO LIFT!
8.0Friendly staff very accommodating when possible. Location good to city centre. Car parking brilliant.
− NO LIFT. They do not cater for disabled people. Unfortunately they were very busy when we booked. We have been here many times and have always had a positive experience, But I think I should have been told BEFORE paying that we had to go up to the 4th floor. Crazy when they know I'm disabled and struggle to go up one flight of stairs, not 4 ! I felt trapped and stayed in the room to save me having to use the stairs. PLUS when looking at booking. Com it says entire apartment, but if scroll down, it's actually one bedroom ( which is always clean and has a kettle)
