10.0I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.

8.0The service here was really good, they gave us whatever we requested and even let us check in early in spring of the moment. Its not super fancy, our towels and bedsheets were damp and we did find hair in the bed that did not belong to us. Other than that we have no complaints.

10.0This is a budget hotel but they try and provide a service of great excellence. Staff are really helpful . They do not have a big menu but whatever they have , is quite nice . Rooms and bathroom are very clean.
