8.0The shared spaces and hallways were clean and well stocked. There were nice bistro tables on the back porch to have meals which was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a fan in the room which was much appreciated given the high temperatures during our stay. There were many food options available within a short 2 block walk including a food market with individual food vendors. We enjoyed the convenience, variety, and quality we found at the market. There was truly something for everyone. Our room was on the ground floor across from reception. Because of the need to keep the windows open overnight, it was a little noisy. However, for the cost and proximity to the airport it was perfect for our needs. We will stay again when we visit next year.
− Overnight noise from the main road. Needed to be able to open the windows a bit more to catch a breeze but without someone being able to crawl in. There were people outside through the night.

Would definitely rebook if looking for a stay just outside of London again!
9.0Had a warm welcome, could park the car easily, there was a fan and bottles of water in the room. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and lovely and clean. It was a stones throw from the station as well.
