9.0The host was very helpful and responsive every time was needed. Check in process was very smooth. Apartment is very clean and has everything it needs. Kitchen is also well equipped. This area is far away from city center, so it is free of noisy turists. In fact is is an expat area and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around. Practically, every famous restaurant in Saigon has a branch in this area. There is a shopping mall at 5 minutes walk and also a metro station. Going to city center takes 10 minutes by metro.
− Access to the pool and gym is based on face recognition. It needs to be arranged with the host few days in advance.
Convenient Location and Responsive Management by M Living
8.0We stayed here for more than two weeks. It was important for us to stay in the Thao Dien area, close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. M Living manages several apartments within the complex. We explained our requirements in advance, and the apartment offered to us matched them very well. The gym and swimming pool were located in our building. Before our arrival, access to the complex facilities was arranged, and we received detailed self-check-in instructions, so the process went smoothly. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The M Living team was always available and responded promptly to our requests. They arranged an additional deep cleaning and replaced the faulty living-room air conditioner and microwave.
− The complex is almost 10 years old, which is noticeable in some elements of the interior, finishes, and appliances. The apartment would benefit from some refurbishment. The initial cleaning could have been more thorough, and the appliances and equipment should be checked before guests arrive. However, M Living resolved the issues promptly, so they did not significantly affect our overall experience.
